I <3 blogs :)

I haven't been in the blogging business for long but I'll tell ya ever since I started, a WHOLE new world has opened up to me! I've accumulated a nice little list of blogs I visit on a daily basis. And the wealth of knowledge out there is incredible! I watch my blog roller like its the lottery just WAITING for someone to update their blog. And with one click I can learn how to seamlessly join two strands of yarn, how to make AWARD winning pie crust, even how to make my own laundry detergent. And that is just the tip of the iceberg!


But my FAVORITE kinds of blogs.....ones that save me $$$$$$$$ :)


Thanks to my Flanntastic friend Andrea (end the flannban!!!!!!!! :) I always find out about the best deals! And with The Thrifty Nifty, I've saved LITERALLY hundreds of dollars in less than 2 months!


Last week hubby and I were able to go to Borders and get FREE coffee drinks from Seattles best, and thanks to her post on Borders totes I was able to get the ADORABLE magazine totes pictured below for around $3 each!!!!!!!! They'll make nice gifts for someone. But more than that, it was really like a date night. The hubby and I love to go get a nice coffee drink and spend hours in a book store looking and taking in everything. It was nice not having to shell out $10 at the coffee shop for once :)
