Ooooooh fun!

As a child, I swore I wanted to be a photographer, in fact my sister bought me my first "nice" camera at 12 :) And, I even applied to an art college in Georgia for photography when I was in highschool. Alas, at some point I felt that was not a "career" and moved on. But, today I went to our local park to take photos for a craft project I'm working on. And it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a blast! I haven't done that forever! I used to take pictures of everything, and I don't know why I ever stopped. But anywho, I think I may have a new hobby. It may never be my "career," and I may not even be very good at it, but as long as I have fun doing it, who cares :) Oh, and fortunately for me, I have a friend who is an EXCELLENT photographer so she gave me some tips. Some I liked...some not so much. Ok, so the only one I didn't like was when she told me the best light is at 6am...OUCH! But, guess what I'm doing at 6am tomorrow...yep, I'm hooked :)
