Aahhhhhhhhhhhhh, John Travolta before the crazy scientology stuff and the receding hairline....
Today I went to see Grease with one flipfloppin mamma, and her little girl, and it was a BLAST! Grease is one of my all time favorite movies, and as I was sitting there waiting for the show to start, it occured to me, I'd never seen it in a theater because it came out before I was born! lol
Funny story about Grease......
When I was 8 my mom rented the VHS (omg I know), from Hollywood video. I became OBSESSED with John Travolta...I wanted to marry him....seriously! So I hid the video! I would watch it when my mom was sleeping or at work. Well after 21 days Hollywood video sent my mom a bill for $74.95 saying that we had until 30 days to return it or thats what we'd be charged. Until that point I had successfully convinced my mom we had lost it, but she flipped a lid when she got that! So, with MUCH disappointment I conceded and gave her the tape back!
But for over 20 years this has been a favorite and I'm so glad I got to see it on the big screen!
