Its a rite of passage...

For those of you that know me, you know that the hubster and I are pretty avid gamers. I've been playing video games since I was a toddler. I received my first gaming system (an Atari) at the ripe age of 2. I've been hooked ever since. Every night before bed Mr. Politico and I, play video games. Its tradition, and we love it. Its a great way to get out your aggressions. So, imagine my delight when my dad called to say he would like to buy Cai an X-Box 360 for Christmas. I would be remiss if I didn't say that Bobby was probably more excited than Cai, but I was stoked too. So this morning I woke Cai up to go see grandpa and get his present. Cai, like his mother, is NOT a morning person, so needless to say, it was a fun trip. But, when he peeled back the paper and saw the X-Box logo...complete shock took over. It was an awesome moment for me too...like deja vu :)

And of course the SECOND we got home, we had to hook it up so he could play. He was even more delighted to see the Batman game

I hope you all have a VERY Merry Christmas with loved ones and enjoy the company as well as the gifts! :)
