Look at her, isn't she beautiful? I've been fantasizing about her for some time now. She and I could make beautiful music together I just know it! With the recent passing of my Kodak camera (I shall NEVER own another Kodak again....EVER!), I've been in the market for a new camera. I loooovvvvvvvvvvvvvvve to take pictures, and after talking to my talented friend Farmer Foley she suggested I get a D-SLR. Well, after seeing the prices, I knew I'd have to wait a WHILE. As we all know, I'm not a patient person, so waiting was NOT my idea of fun!
So imagine my surprise when my daddy called me yesterday and told me he wanted to buy me something nice, just for me. He asked what it is that I would like? I told him I wanted this camera but it was really expensive so if he could just give me money towards it I'd get it, etc. His response "no, no, I'll just buy it." My response "pick jaw up off ground, attempt not to swallow tongue." Have I mentioned that its good to be a daddy's girl? It doesn't hurt to be an only child either (yes, yes, I do have a sister, same mom, different dads. I am my dads only child, and I am a spoiled rotten little princess!) ;o)
Well this morning he made good on his promise and away we went to pick up my new baby errrr, I mean, camera. I haven't been able to put it down since I got it. Even as I sit here typing there is a wrestling going on in my mind on whether or not I should go wake up my unsuspecting family and begin taking merciless photos of them. No, no, I won't. Instead I think I'll sit here and pet my new camera for awhile. Ahhhhhhhh, I do believe I'm in love.......

Now the only thing that could possibly be better is if your dad had that camera when Tye was here, lol! Then he could have spied on him all night from his vantage point overlooking the hotel! :)
