The crowning glory....

And here it is...the way a turkey SHOULD look! I'm never scared of a turkey that looks like this! LOL
I tried brining the turkey this year and I could definitely tell a difference. Then, we deep fried that baby...the way a turkey should be cooked!!!!! YUMMO! ;0)
