Cai's love for music started as a baby, and has grown immensely since he turned one. That...is when we bought him his first drum set...this set. He has LOVED this set and played it regularly ever since we got it for him. And now he likes if we "play band." He'll give me a mic, and daddy a guitar and he'll jump on the drums and play and sing. It occured to me tonight that I've never taken much video of him playing. Sure, I've taken a million pictures, but no video. So I grabbed my camera, and thank goodness I did because as you can see...his drum set is now resting in piece (yes, I meant to spell it that way lol) . I'm also glad I got it on tape because right now Cai likes to blame EVERYTHING on mommy. So what you didn't get to see on the video is Cai going and telling daddy "mommy broke it." And I've got proof it wasn't me! ;0)
But, almost two years of him banging on that thing I'm amazed it lasted this long! Is it wrong that I'm a little happy it broke? Nothing wakes you up in the morning quite like the sound of pounding drums... ;0)

We went through the drum phase and I too was not disappointed when it fell apart...
